From your I-20 to your SEVIS receipt

What you need
- Your I-20 (F-1 and M-1 students) or DS-2019 (J-1 exchange visitors). It has your SEVIS ID, which starts with the letter N.
- A phone number and email for your account. We send every update by SMS.
- MoMo or a bank account to pay us in cedis.

Doing it yourself? Fill in Form I-901 on fmjfee.com, copying your details exactly as they appear on your I-20 or DS-2019. At the payment step, choose Western Union Quick Pay. The site gives you a coupon. Save it as a PDF or take a screenshot.
Not sure how? Skip this step. On the pay page, choose "No, fill it in for me" and type in a few details from your I-20 (or DS-2019): SEVIS ID, name, date of birth, school code and your address. We fill in the form for you for GH₵ 50.00 more.

Pick your package, then pay us in cedis
On the pay page, pick your visa and a package. Each package has one price in cedis that covers the SEVIS fee and our service, with nothing added later. The page shows the number or account to send it to.

Send your coupon or documents, and your payment proof
Add your coupon (or type in your I-20 details), then type your MoMo or bank transaction ID. A screenshot of the payment is optional. We text you to say your order is in.

We confirm and pay at Western Union
We check your money on our own statement, never just the screenshot. If you asked us to, we fill in your I-901 and generate the coupon. Then we pay it at a Western Union outlet and put the receipt in your account. Your order moves through these stages, and we text you as it does:
- Submitted
- Payment confirmed
- Processing
- Paid
If something is wrong (say the coupon or amount doesn't match), your order shows Needs info with the reason, and we sort it out with you first.

Check and print your confirmation
Once the payment has posted, you can check it yourself on fmjfee.com and print the official payment confirmation for your visa interview. ICE advises allowing at least three business days for a payment to be received and verified, so don't leave it to the last minute.

Your money and your details
- Your coupon, details and payment screenshot are private. Only our team sees them; your receipt is visible only to you and us.
- If we fill in the form for you, we wipe the details you typed 30 days after your fee is paid.
- Your name never appears on our site unless you tell us it can, and then only as your first name and initial.
- Every transaction reference can be used once, and we match it against our statement before paying.
